Within reasonable walking distance of both train and bus station, good for travelling to Venice.
Restaurant evening meals were expensive for what was available. Small family run mushroom tratoria over the road was magic.

Spacious suite, ample storage space, convenient underground parking
The air conditioning is dysfunctional, leaving rooms uncomfortably hot!!! The long walk to the city center is a downer given the hotel's industrial surroundings. Empty bathroom supplies on arrival shouldn't happen!!!

high level of the building, and the equipment of the room.
Wireless was not for free. No information was available about the city, or the area activities, famous locations like any magazines, flyers etc. Breakfast variations to choose was not that big.

The large windows offered a good view of the bustling city, which engaged my kids with the lively traffic below. The spacious family room, accommodating everyone comfortably.
In my children's opinion, a better breakfast selection for kids would be great.

We stayed in Padova as a base to visit Venice by train. NH Mantegna is a 10 min walk to the city centre and train station, therefore ideal for our visit. You can catch the eurostar train to venice which takes 20 mins but costs 15E each, we absolutely loved Venice & got a slow train back which took approx 1 hr & cost 2E, if you want to buy the cheap tickets you need to queue up, but beware of long queues. We stayed in Padova as opposed to Mestre as we had seen good comments about Padova, however we were slightly disapointed with the city in itself. The hotel was lovely with great underground parking, spacious room and lovely breakfast on the top floor. They allowed us to leave the car early to go to venice. Wifi is extra at this hotel.
would recommend this hotel for travel to venice.

great access to parks and historical landmarks
I loved how quickly I could walk to both Prato della Valle, fine, and the Basilica di Sant'Antonio, a masterpiece. I did notice the hotel could use some updates to the room furnishings.

The room was pretty spacious and looked luxurious. I loved the big windows that let in a lot of natural light. The furniture was nice, but it felt a little crowded with so much stuff. The air conditioning was a real letdown-it didn't work well, and it got pretty stuffy. Staff were helpful, but the heat made things uncomfortable at night.

I like best the comfort of the room and the very nice breakfast.
The man at the reception is not friendly at all.
